Salon Policy

 

At Eve's Hair Care Beauty Salon, our commitment is to provide exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all our valued clients. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that you review and adhere to our client policy:


1. Appointments:

  • We recommend scheduling appointments in advance and online to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. A valid credit card will be needed on file to make any appointment with us. Your card will only be charged for services you request to be charged on your card and any no-show fee associated with any appointment that you miss or late cancel.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time.

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of half of the charge for your scheduled appointment.

 

3. Consultations:

  • We encourage clients to schedule a consultation before significant color or styling services to ensure clear communication and desired results.

 

4. Children's Policy:

  • To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult not receiving services.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns.

 

6. Service Adjustments:

  • We offer complimentary adjustments within seven days of your original appointment. Please contact us promptly if you have any concerns about your service.

 

7. Payment:

  • We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Gratuity is appreciated and can be given directly to your stylist.

 

8. Health and Safety:

  • For the safety of all clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns that may affect your service.

 

9. Cleanliness and Sanitation:

  • We adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between clients.
